Not Medical Advice
Macrosly is a nutrition tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by our service is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Macrosly offers subscription services through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All billing is handled by Apple or Google, respectively. To manage or cancel your subscription, please use the subscription settings in your device's App Store or Play Store settings. We do not process refunds directly—please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Macrosly in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer our AI models, uploading malicious content, or using the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macrosly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
